Each year, we kick off our band season with a band community barbeque on the Thursday evening of band camp! This event is for band families grades 5-12 and alumni.

The All Island Band BBQ is for all band families current and alumni. It's a great way to meet other band families while enjoying watching the kids dunk the directors in the infamous dunk tank! Learn more.

It's Marching Band Season! On August 15th and 16th, help get our MIHS students fit with their new jackets, bibs, shakos (hats), and shoes for this fall 2023 season. No prior experience required!

Band Leadership Welcomes Rising Freshmen

Saturday, June 17, our current section leaders and drum majors hosted a BBQ at Luther Burbank park welcoming our current 8th grade band students to marching band! The drizzle didn't slow anyone down, there were grilled treats as well as chips, cookies, and side dishes and the kids played all kinds of lawn games. Thank you, section leaders, drum majors, and grill master Michael Lill!
